The expedition began with a briefing from our guide, who told us about the history of the cave and some of the safety hazards to be aware of. We then entered the cave and began exploring.
The cave was much larger than I had expected, and there were many interesting things to see. We saw several large rooms with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, as well as a few smaller caves off of the main path. The expedition took about three hours, and we were able to see a lot of the cave system.
Overall, I would recommend the expedition to others. It was a great way to learn about the cave and see some of its amazing features up close. Just be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket, as it can get quite cold in the cave!
